Editorial corrections

If you believe a cost, fee, finance statement or country-specific explanation is outdated, email [email protected]. Include the page URL, the exact sentence or figure that needs review and the best available current source. For a franchisor cost correction, an official fee schedule, disclosure document or official franchise opportunity page is more useful than a screenshot without context.

Source submissions

Franchisors and advisers may send public documents that clarify current entry fees, recurring charges, estimated opening investment, financial requirements or material changes to a franchise programme. Sending information does not guarantee coverage, a positive description or immediate publication. We evaluate whether the source is current, relevant and suitable for readers.

Privacy and data requests

For a question about personal data, cookies, advertising technologies or a request available under applicable privacy law, use the same email address and write “Privacy” in the subject line. Do not include more personal information than is needed to identify the issue.

Technical problems

If a page does not load, the calculator behaves unexpectedly or a link appears broken, please tell us the URL, device or browser you were using and what happened. A short description is usually enough. Do not send account passwords or private credentials.
